KD - Ban Evasion - Dispute

My account was allegedly linked with another - who seemingly broke the rules. What do I need to provide to prove that that my account is not associated with the rule breaker? I also relocated, and can provide whatever is necessary. Thanks.

Instructed King Dopey in private to make a recovery thread. I never really thought he was ban evading of a sort, though it is concerning that a scammer made use of an IP he has used a year or so before.
