This is my home ip for upcoming 1.5-2 months, i am studying abroad right now as we speak. Don't have access to the internet bill since internet is arranged for in this student dorm.

not on home ip since im working in austria right now. The wifi is arranged for in the accomodation. Proof of working in austria is in the screenshots below.

Hopefully the TWC can be removed. Will move back to my home country in about 1-1.5 months.

Based on the evidence it only shows you're participating in a ski-accomodation. For a fact I know alot of Dutchies go on winterholidays and based on the contract you've shown us you've been at the ski-accomodation from 27-12-18 to 15-03-19 while in fact your account was accessed from a Dutch wireless IP yesterday. Regardless of what comment you have on that I know quite some known ban evaders who do the exact same thing every year, so I'll keep the TWC on you until you're back home again. Feel free to dispute it at that time again. Based on the spamming to farm postcount and based on the throwaway email you've made to create a Sythe account - that seems to be the better option for now anyways.
