Have you been hacked or banned due to suspicion of being hacked? Please provide us with as much of the following information to assist in the return of your account.

4. Include a virus scan screenshot to ensure that your computer is not infected.

As for the recovery, we hide all sensitive information and you can censor unnecessary info on your id when posting (ie just need to see your name to match your email here, as well as country - everything else can be blocked).
