Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: Having issues of recovered accounts is part of the business and not unusual. Feedback is very rarely changed or removed by the buyer.
Anything else you wish to say: I am finished in the business of reselling RS mains due to these issues being rampant and unsustainable for business.

 

I will be supporting his TWC removal because I simply don't see him as a threat to the community. Had a large amount of disputes yes, but they have all been resolved. I tend to believe the lesson has been learned since he is looking to remove himself from the scene.
