Need help about Paypal

Hello i have some problems,
I have scamm on sythe for 98eur,i try chargeback my money on paypal, i send money to Friend/Family member,i send email to paypal, but get this answer

Maybe some1 have same problem? And can help me refund my money back.

I'm pretty sure when it comes to a scam on Paypal there are many factors which come in to play. Who you Email, who you call, who
you deal with personally, etc. I have never had an issue with Paypal before like this, but I would assume you will need to contact
Paypal further than just their automated / crappy Email system.

Fraud is fraud. You should get your money back.
Maybe you have to take legal action?

I would post a proper scam report in the report a scammer section with all of your evidence & ask for help there.
