Just found out that i have posted in the wrong section first, my bad.

First of all, Simpson gives 2 reasons of why i am ban evading CowLemur

Reason 1 being: multiple IP audits, which i do not denie.
We might have some IP audits but most likely from using the same VPN. There were multiple users on my IP audit whenever i used a VPN a few months back if i remember that correctly.

I am, and always have been, using ProtonVPN as a VPN provider because of the 1 free week of premium you get after registering a new account.
I have always used servers in Netherlands. There are around 60 different NL servers and i pretty much always used the same 5 of them until recently when i had some trouble getting connected to them because of some p2p traffics or something like that, i am not familiar with VPN's at all and just switched over to 5 different servers (still netherlands), those 3 as an example

I always use a VPN whenever dealing with buying/selling gp as i dont want my home ip to get flagged for rwt.
To avoid getting into the same ip's with people i could just stay out of sythe while the VPN is turned on however some trades may take a while so i usually end up scrolling trough the forum while waiting for the customers to message me back.

Unfortunately i can't see the IP audit to check on which ip/s we both got shown, if any mod could provide that i would definetly see if i can find it back from the NL VPN's (not sure if they change or not change)

Reason 2 being: period of inactivity matches and join/ban date matches

However i 'kinda' got active around August 2017 when i wanted to buy some skilling and get rid of gp, after that i came back feb. 2018 to sell my gp again. After that i have been away for half a year again and came back to buy a 3 letter name starting with Y, without any luck i decided to sell my gp again.
After a month +- i decided to try my own luck with gold trading as can be seen here

Just after a few days i realisied that i won't get far with a low budget and no donor rank, so i decided to stop with it and leave it as it is. Around the time before christmas i decided to come back and try my luck again with a 50$ donor status, which seemd to go pretty good so here i am.


Reason 3 being: 'pretty fair' Geolocation match, ban dates line up and multiple proxy matches etc.
I just explained my side of the VPN/Proxy thing (not sure if it's the same or if there is any difference)
Not sure about Geolocation, my location is in Germany which should be quite a bit away from Netherlands (where we most likely matched with the IP Audit), 300km + difference to be more accurate.

Also user offers 90% completly different services as i do:

Besides the little bit of skilling/questing i did and buying/selling gp there is no match.

Wortel removed his TWC, how comes we are the same person if i use Sythe daily with my home ip when he did aswell? Shouldn't he appear on my IP audit all the time then?

If i can provide any needed proof of anything please let me know, i'm more than happy to provide everything i can to proof that i am not CowLemur.

CowLemur was from The Netherlands, you're from Germany which is indeed (despite USA standards) quite a distance away - aside of that you also have another older account called @Afrikaner which also has German IP's. I disagree with the ban being placed on you and will get a second opinion on this one.

 

I'll look into this further, please remain patient

 

@Hiugy - I've gone ahead and lifted your ban + removed your DNT. There is coincidence here which makes the ban + DNT understandable, however, there is not enough to confirm the match.
