ExitPoint Ban Dispute

[exitpointt]

I was recently banned for a Donation charge back and the thing is, the paypal i payed with, that paypal has been closed to at least my knowledge as i can't get on it, so how was it cahrged back? And if it actually was or however is there anything I can do?

Only @Matthew possesses of this information and he hasn't been very pleased with the situation it appears. I've requested information regarding this matter before and this is all I've got:

Hey, could you please provide me with details about this guy's ban reason? ExitPoint

Pretty straightforward. He donated through PayPal and then filed a dispute to get his money back. Bannable offense

He claims to have closed the Paypal account years ago. Also I assume this guy would want to pardon it eventually, so more details/help is appreciated.

What more do you want to know? He donated $100 through PayPal on January 25th. On July 23rd he opened a case with PayPal claiming the transaction was unauthorized. We permanently ban people who chargeback donations and I’ve never pardoned anyone for that offense.

Which PP email was used?

Perhaps @Charlotte or @Shin can help regarding this matter.

I don't know how I can prove that my paypal is closed other than this ?

I've informed Matthew about this dispute, this might take a while. Merry Christmas.

We're simply not responsible for this sort of issue. I've given @Wortel proof that the PayPal linked to your account ended up having a dispute and causing a chargeback. If you don't have access to the account any more, I suggest you direct your inquiries to PayPal to see what they have to say. In any event, it's against the Sythe rules to charge back a donation regardless of circumstance. If you can get some information from PayPal and there was a mistake or error, I would consider reversing the ban. Otherwise, as far as I can tell on our end, the account you donated with reversed a payment.
