Someone named Girafftenuts is on this IP? Just moved into house

I have been browsing this forum my buddy told me about because ive been looking to get some services completed on my zerker and well I tried to create and account and someone has already been on this IP i just moved into this house and its got the same internet and router etc. as the original owner of the actual house and im not sure if that could have something to do with it ive got no clue truthfully and if i cant end up making an account or whatever i mean thats fine but this seems like a pretty cool community for runescape old school and what not, thanks.
