Explanation of the trade: I bought a pure from him from him, a day later the password was changed and the account was wiped clean of roughly 45m, I contacted 24 7 about this asking if he actually knew the person who was the OO in real life, he quested me as to why and I told him what happened.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought okay maybe my email was compromised (even though the logs only show me logging in consistently for the past 3 years on that email and there is no way to clear a single log in, but you can clear them all at once.

The account comes back into my possession where I strongly gave him the benefit of the doubt again and loaded the account with roughly 6m, everything was going good let me put this in emphasis for the staff team here, anyone in the military can attest to this. I put the account linked to a military email that you can ONLY log in on a secured connection and you also have to scan a military ID via external CAC scanner to log in making the account 100% secure unless recovered.

To my surprise I woke up the next morning and the account was locked and the password was later changed, the attached to the account was very similar to the email that you log in with but we know Jagex blocks it out, but the first letter and all the characters added up to being the original log in email.

After 24 hours he returned the account to me unlocked and now cleaned for 4m out of the 6M on the account.

I would like to add I have several other accounts, linked to the same email (the first email) that were not hacked along with accounts pushing close to 2B in total net value, I have played securely my whole life and have never once been hacked until I purchased this account and ONLY this account has got hacked.
Amount scammed: $90 and if you add the gold lost 45m + 5m
How they scammed: I requested a refunded, he said give him some time I said thats fine no rush. I paid $90 and didn't ask for any of the gold back, I requested the refund on 12/15/2018 and on 12/19/2018 he messages me and says he can't give me a full refund because I trained the accounts prayers levels and it's ruined (the account was quested, it was a 1 prayer pure that didn't have anything special, it did two quest that got 15 prayer) I feel as if that is extremely unnecessary seeing as I've already lost $90+$50 in gold.

May be one screenshout out of order but I checked a couple times looks okay, in the end I said lets deal with Sythe so here I am. I would like to request my full refund amount and the gold loss if staff team finds that reasonable.

Spoken to @24 7 on Discord, as mentioned the account has gained unwanted prayer exp which changes the build. @24 7 has offered to refund you a percentage of the original payment which is going to be how this is handled.

As for the gold, there is no way for us to verify this claim so this is not considered.

If possible I would like some more time taken on this report, there is more then enough evidence to support the fact that I was lied to about the account being his “IRL Friend” so why should I have to take a reduced refund because someone lied and made me out to be an idiot when I was hacked.

24 7 profile very clearly states he is from the UK, this account was created in Lithuania which is where OSHELP is from and commented basically exactly what happened (I did not ask for him to post here and I never knew him before today).

This guy is buying bulk accounts and claiming them as his own and then has the audacity to say let the account sit for a while after getting wiped x2 I shouldn’t have to let the account sit if you’re trusting this account as much as you say you aren’t.

At this point I don’t care about the money as I told Pendulum in a PM, I just don’t want this happening again to somebody else and it’s insane how lienant he’s getting away with this.

Odd how his page was edited to from UK to from Europe today.

User has been kind thus far in making sure everything is right after the situation that has occurred, he has offered me a full refund of my $90 USD which he has already paid $54 of and will pay the rest after the holidays.
