Why are so many ex-staff members banned for scamming?

I've been browsing through some old threads and many ex-admins and ex-mods were notorious scammers.

 

This has been answered alot of times already so I'm closing this after my reply. After all we're all humans and it all depends on what our principles are. This is a free market, which doesn't mean we allow scamming (quite the opposite - we punish for it) but it means there are no restrictions and there's no police, except for myself, to watch your every step. If people believe stealing someone else's hard earned money then so be it, the existance of "ban evaders" (users who make new profiles after getting banned) proves very clearly that in the end scamming ain't the way to go and it'll never really get you the happiness you seek for.
