banned for scams i did not commit

I was away from runescape for quite some time and that meant i was away from sythe as well. to my surprise when i came back i had been banned for "scamming" when i had not been on my account in quite sometime. so when i came on to check out why i had been banned i had noticed that there is no proof that i had committed these scams. my skype was never involved and is the ONLY method of trading ive ever used. i have noticed many messages sent out to people about accounts that i do NOT actually have. so whoever committed these scams got a hold of my sythe account but did NOT get onto my skype but instead gave out a fake discord. Ive been scammed multiple times on this site resultingis thousands of $$ lost and it sucks but im still involved in the runescape community and rely on this site to reach out to other trusted members to buy/sell gold/accounts and i wouldnt ruin my reputation on trying to make a quick $ and result in not being able to use this site anymore. idk what other proof i need but please do let me know what else i can do to reverse this.

ALSO this is my actual discord with a couple people who i have done business with from sythe who are very trusted who can vouch this this is my discord and NOT the one the scammer said made out to be mine.

Your Sythe account is your responsibility. You must refund the scams commited from your account in order to have your account in good standing again.
