Explanation of the trade:
He sold me Zulrah accounts, with the promise that if the accounts get locked, he'd unlock them, and if they get banned he'd attempt to quash them for me.

Amount scammed:
Two Zulrah accounts + the gear and supplies and loot.
60M x2 (accounts) = 120M 07
Supplies/Gear/Loot/Bonds = 109M 07

Rough estimate on amounts on accounts
Gear = 20M each, Supplies = 15M each, Bonds = 4.5M each, Loot = ~15M each

229M Total estimated

How they scammed:
I bought two Zulrah accounts from him, which went smoothly. There were no account recoveries or anything suspicious happening during the time period where I had the accounts. The scam happened after they got banned and I asked him to try and quash the account bans so I can retrieve the loot and gear on the accounts.

He said he was OO in thread and PMs, however I don't have the PM of him saying he was OO.

He did basically all the same stuff. Also here is proof he resold the account TODAY (11/17/2018) to someone else that he sold to me

Accounts were still on high scores which means they are unbanned and I told him about this and he refused to give me the passwords to the accounts so I could check myself. He refused to answer me for multiple days then when I called him out for scamming he did. He even went so far to fake a ban appeal denial. When an account is denied a ban appeal it says "Dear " not Dear [rsn].
