2FA Not Working

Hello,

I recently got a new iPhone - I did transfer my 2FA codes and everything, but for some reason it doesn't work when I input the auth, so I'll have to reset it.

How would I provide my necessary information to prove ownership, etc without letting the public see it on the forum?

Hi there - Can you please tell me what account you are trying to recover?

When requesting a 2FA removal, please note the administrative team needs proof of two or more of the following things:

• Post from a home IP
• Recovery phone number*
• Current email address
• Skype/Discord used in the past or present**
• If you have donated directly through PayPal;
  • Transaction date and amount
  • PayPal email

This info will be hidden from the public.
