Add to ban reasons of WEEABOOGIRL/zerkizzy

Banned: zerkizzy & Jimmybay

I've requested information about @zerkizzy and @Jimmybay from several users as I am mainly interested in them because zerkizzy mainly posted from wireless IP's. Not even once from a home IP if I recall correctly. Jimmybay did post from a home IP once. WEEABOO GIRL has mainly used BT IP's which are still considered home IP's but they are extremely inaccurate and often mainly public IP's.

Several members confirmed the name used by Zerkizzy/Jimmybay on PayPal was "Chantelle Poulter". What I did not know however is the email his PayPal account was linked to: "[email protected]". This was just confirmed to me by user 265186. If needed I can provide proof, but since I want this third party to remain anonymous you'll mainly just have to take my word for it (staff excluded).
