Hey all,
I'm really trying to get justice for 250m+ and $119USD using the website www.accountwarehouse.com

I've put in reports but justice hasn't been granted and i'm still very upset that this case has been easily overlooked :/

I have been getting numerous messages from forum members to continue my battle against www.accountwarehouse.com with my solid evidence.

As I've stated the evidence i've posted is 100% solid, on this basis i cannot fathom my dispute being resolved in accountwarehouses favour when they did not even need to post any proof (apparently)

I've bought a lvl 103 from www.accountwarehouse.com on the 26th of October 2018 for a total of $149AUD ~

The login emailed to me was: Harry.hc.uk
The password emailed to me was correct.
The Username: Hannnuss

The account came with an email attached (?concerning): [email protected]
The email attached's password was correct.
The email attached secret question was correct.

After changing passwords, changing the email registered, and playing for a few days i felt like it was safe to now actually start using it as a account of mine.

I put 50m on it and then used my other accounts to stake, then traded back approx 250m in total of winnings to the account, bought gear etc and got some levels up.

I then awoke on the 31st of October unable to login to the account, logged into my pure account and started recieving messages from my purchased account... from the original owner...
He stated he gave accountwarehouse.com false recovery answers to his account, which then allowed him to recover the account once there was items on it.

I would like a full refund for the account, my items lost due security negligence on behalf of accountwarehouse.com and selling an account whilst they did not have the real recovery questions.
They have also victim blamed me via email several times and have used very harsh tones.
I realise i have changed the account email but no account should of been sold without VALID identification from the orignal owner.

ACCOUNTWAREHOUSE SHOULD NOT SELL AN ACCOUNT IF THEY HAVE THE WRONG RECOVERY QUESTIONS AND HAVE BEEN GIVEN A FAKE ID FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER, THE ACCOUNT SECURITY GUARANTEE IS ONLY VALID WITH SECURE ID FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER.


I told them I have all the receipts, I am very surprised this has happened because I truly did do my research in validating this site and it's legitness but I guess it can happen anywhere.
They boast about account security yet i got hacked within a week?

This means you can't change your email, if you do ACW aren't able to do a proper investigation on what went down because they are able to track whether or not you did anything shady like delete any emails.
In the case where you hadn't changed your e-mail and the account did get recovered, you would've been fully refunded.

You either didn't read or chose to ignore the disclaimer, resulting in your loss of $149 AUD and the original owner keeping the account and money basically at your expense.

However, there still may be a chance to recover if you calm down and keep the account like ACW offered, you can clarify with them what rules you must adhere to follow in order to be eligible for a refund in the future if they allow it.

While this voids their warranty, their TOS and mission statement also states that they properly vet each account to properly ensure it is from the O.O, and all information is secure. With this account actually not coming from the O.O, and the information not being secure per the evidence, their own TOS are violated before the sale even happened. On this same theoretical line of thinking, it is extremely appalling this isn't taken into account, when it has been presented in the past 2 cases that have been shut down immediately.

I have seen 2 other cases, just in the past few weeks, where the user has been TWC'd and held liable for damages, when selling an account and violating their own TOS. Refer back to the ONLINE report a few days ago, where he just succesfully disputed the TWC after a month.

If Accountwarehouse sells accounts that violate their own TOS, the warranty does not matter, nor anything that could void the warranty.

 

Here is a photo from Accountwarehouse's statements on top of their account sale section. This does apply to this report, as it is their own statements, and has not been looked at in the previous cases that were closed.




If a car dealership sells a car to a customer that had a fake title from a customer when it was traded in, the new customer that receives the title is not held liable to damages.
