Disputing my TWC

Hello,

I'm here to dispute the TWC I've gotten like a week ago.

I believe that this TWC was applied unfairly as I believe what happened was not poor trading practices. I fell asleep while on the computer, it wasn't my choice whether it happened, and Rael was assured by Bravos that it was nothing major and that I would be online soon. Once I got on I messaged Rael and told him that I was able to refund him once I was home. I don't understand how that would be considered poor trading practices? I was not able to refund him instantly because something VERY important came up IRL, and I told Rael on multiple occasions that he would be refunded.

I've done like over 400 trades the past 2 months & yes falling asleep while you have a trade lined up isn't the smartest thing to do, but I think giving a TWC for one trade that didn't go as planned right away is kind of a hard punishment.
