First of all let me get some precipice to why it took me so long to get back to post this. My father died in may and was handling alot of family shit if a mod wants proof of death certificate to back story i will. There also may come about of me owing a debt to a few ppl in that discord and im aware and intend to pay that back but i want this sorted with these guys and a decision made..

Story:
I was the biggest better in elite ranks 100b wagered. One day i was tipped 30m by a fellow better i turned that into 2.2b cashed out 600m as thats all the stock they had.....apparently.....however there scapestock sight when i posed as a buyer had over 500m to sell. I asked multiple times to be cashed out to no avail kept getting told to wait I only received 600m out of a total 2.2b wallet im sure coin and 5wap will confirm due to the fact i dont have a laptop i cant copy id. But i know they wont deny this story. Now the reason im trying to post this now is the fact id like to return to the gambling community payback money owed to the few people they know who they are and amounts but i truly feel the owners of elitestake.....at the time elite ranks owe me 1.8b.they are going to say he needed to wait to paid out....u dont run a casino and cant pay out if someone hits since clearly i have a full on history with these guys.

If a mod would like access to my discord for proof. I will give them access. These guys cheated me out of 1.8b and if need be to get on voice i will. Screenshots show it all. How they gave me the run around.

Preface: PD has no involvement to the original post, made by OP (Scumbagnat), in this report, or the defendant (Elite Ranks). We are merely showing proof of a charge-back that should show the character of the OP.

Background:
OP joined PD with a big aura about himself for being defendant's biggest bettor and before even betting 200m OP was asking for credit and loans. OP went on to boast about the credit he gets in casinos along the east coast. OP lost a bit of 07 on our blackjack then OP asked to purchase some wallet 07. We sold OP 107m 07 for $75, a competitive rate. Then a month later OP reversed the transaction with a charge-back and we ate a $20 charge-back fee on top of the $75 transaction. OP never replied on discord to us, removed us as friends, etc.

PD does not expect OP to payback the $95 he ended up costing us. We were able to eat the loss. Others weren't so lucky and remain in negative paypal balance. If OP is going to go after Elite Ranks for funds, he needs reminding that there is a list of people he needs to pay back well before going after anyone. @Hagi has some more to say about her own experience and to share the experiences Scumbagnat had with other gold sellers on this marketplace.

You're a fraud and, frankly, I think it's quite hilarious you think you're entitled to any money from anyone at all. You used your title as a high roller on Elite to milk as much money out of as many people as possible before too much information about you scamming was spread, manipulating your way by having people you were scamming at the time vouch for your purchases during the same period of time so you could chargeback all at once.
It's not even a case of circumstance, to begin with, he wouldn't pay first and used his high roller status as a bargaining chip to pay after he received the gold, then when I asked 5wap to mm the trade, he told me to be quick because there's another buyer, and when 5wap agreed he said he's already bought off someone else to avoid having an mm involved and make sure he could scam it, and finally, his payment was meant to be in btc. He knew this prior to getting the gold and led me to believe he had the btc at hand, never once mentioning he'd still have to wire the money from his acc to coinbase for btc. After he got the gold, it was excuse after excuse, so he could change the method of payment to paypal and eventually chargeback. I'm 100% certain he's never even considered paying any of the gold he was asking to buy and to this day, he's trying to convince people he's scammed if they don't reply on here, he'll pay them back, using that money over their heads.
Let's go through his deceptive ways step by step, shall we:

1) Lies about having crypto currency and made sure to manipulate his way into always getting his gold first.

James is an old owner of elite ranks and hagi dated James as well.. i never charged either of you back as u see my paypal on your transaction would say refunded im unsure what happened. I didnt request a chargeback i do know my paypal is know limited thanks to sending payments to hagi hell ill give sythe mods access to paypal. The refunds is from someome who decided cancel a deal.

Honestly, your reply is so dumb and irrelevant I wasn't planning on replying but I will anyway, since it seems you really enjoy being proved a liar.

Like I've previously mentioned to you and am mentioning now, PayPal is not fully supported in Egypt and a PayPal account in Egypt must be linked to a USD bank account or a bank account in the U.S.

After you make the payment it's put on hold for almost 3 months. At no point in time will any PayPal account in Egypt have any funds in it unless it's on hold for verification; money on my account cannot be spent and if I don't manually press on the "Withdraw funds" button, it'll do so for me automatically on the first of every month.

This is what it looks like on PayPal when the money is withdrawn into your bank account, a negative number next to the amount deducted and the conversion fees deducted:

And this... this is just the money being converted back to Euros when you charged back (there is absolutely no reason for me to just convert the USD on my account to Euros just for the fun of being charged extra):

This brings me to the second point, why would there be a case in your name, outright saying you disputed the charge with the claims that it was an unauthorized payment that the case was closed in your favor?

Finally, and this is the most ridiculous point I've had to address.. the reply posted by Prime Duels was not made on behalf of Elite and does not concern James. The person you scammed was Robert. Futhermore, James did not leave Elite on good terms and has no reason to sit here and argue in their favor. Matter of fact, none of these replies have to do with either server, this is all just us providing evidence of you scamming out multiple people that we believe deserve to get paid before you can sit there, get all righteous and start claiming you deserve money off of someone else for whatever reason.

A piece of advice for you if you're really looking to return to the gambling scene. Pay back your debts and stop being desperate and posting on multiple accounts regarding the same claims that you're owed money for whatever reason. You're just making yourself look dumb and desperate at an attempt to get more free money as you've always done.
