    Details:
    I sold them 1030M 07 gold for .67/m for a total of $690.10 at approximately 2:05-2:10am PST on October 7th 2018.

During this time, the HIGHEST that bitcoin was priced on blockchain (as they use that as their wallet system) was $6552.40 (9:00-9:15 due to timezone difference)

according to my math, that equal even priced at the highest point in that 15 minutes as $687.

This is their workers 'evidence' that they sent the right amount:

    I think either the worker
    A. Has not refreshed his page since a point in time when the BTC were higher prices (perhaps over an hour ago) and the system was using the wrong math?
    B. Used inspect elements (as you can see this was on google) to alter the prices.
    C. There was BTC fees that the worker didnt cover.

For a smoother future experience, Bogla (and all other site) workers should be obligated to list what they price BTC at as well as how much they are sending instead of just giving a USD value when dealing with BTC.

May not seem like much, but their attitude towards these situation is unforgivable as they do not own up to any of these evidence and simply asks me to email their 'support email'

The price of Bitcoin is extremely volatile and valued differently across exchanges. If you're looking to receive a specific amount of BTC (and/or make sure they use your value of a bitcoin) you should always settle a price in BTC rather than USD.

As a reminder, it is your own responsibility to make sure an offer suits your needs before accepting it.
