    All I currently own is a Cell Phone and run off of the library computers. I do not have a Home IP if I am using a Cell phone or something? Anyway this is the only way I can access your site. i am unsure why I am trade with cautioned. Very frustrating as a new user and I'm just trying to figure this out. My last ticket went unresponded and I can't seem to be trusted for sales until this is disputed. Please help.
