Requesting 11 year old pardon

I used to be a Sythe member a very long time ago (over 11 years ago) when my older brother got me into RuneScape, and moparscape, which eventually led me to sythe. He stayed involved in RuneScape until very recently, but back in the day (and for years after) he was not a trustworthy sythe user and scammed many players for RSGP/accounts. After he had his accounts banned, he began using my old Sythe account "hio" (I quit RS in about 2008), he then got my account banned as well. I started RS again in around 2016, and I now have many accounts I would love to sell. My brother does not live with me anymore, and I would like to finally at long last get my old account back so that I can sell these accounts I have worked hard on.
