I had a RS account a while back and he got perm banned...then a few months ago i got another chance for a appeal and it was sucessfull. So do perm banned account stay perm banned? Has anyone else experienced this?

That isn't true at all

One 3 year account just checked, still perma banned for macroing.

One 1 year account banned, still perma banned for macroing.

no this only happened once and will never happen again its when they were changin things up with black marks and they gave any perm banned account a last chance appeal, i doubt they will do it again but who knows

When would you reckon that would be? Ive waited a few months now i think. Its just that i dont want to start another account and then find that my other account is unbanned in a few months or something.

They won't just unban it, but if you ever get a last chance, use it.
