Explanation of the trade: I sold them an account Monday, which they listed on there website on Monday 23/07/2018 at 20:00 GMT
How they scammed: They told me I would receive payment 48 hours from the listing. They confirmed via Discord that they would pay me on the 25/07/2018 I messaged them today and it took 5 hours to receive a reply even though he was online all day. After 19:00 on the 25th July he said he would not pay me until the 26th, their terms say 48 hours from listing. They refused to pay, I requested my account back as they voided there agreement and they said I had to pay a $20 cancellation fee even though I did everything my side. Eventually they said they would return my account but they gave me the information account/password to somebody's account that was not mine (BIG ERROR). I told them they made a mistake and that was not my account and they updated it with my account information. After getting my account back I asked if he would remove all my information passport/address/account information etc as they could recover my account if they wanted to. Imgur

I understand I am new to this community, I really hope someone looks into this as these guys have now got complete access to my account via recovery method as they voided there agreement, they have my passport information, my address, my name, all my account creation details including my internet provider and previous passwords. I feel let down by them and the fact they gave me someone else level 100+ account information is terrible. Please Divine, remove my personal information off your system, you did not make the payment 48 hours from listing, you have not done a transaction with me and you have no reason to keep my information on your database now.

I am sorry about my previous posts, I am still quite new here and did not know about the format/templates but please I really hope someone takes this seriously as they have completely wasted my time, gained my personal information and not stuck to there end of the agreement.

Your refusing to remove my personal data, under GDRP guidelines If i request you remove my passport/address personal information you must do so and you are refusing to under "US LAW" as it shows in the last IMGUR also it shows you give me someone else account / password information which again is a mistake on your side.

I could sit here and tell you I deleted it, I could even show a recording of me deleting it, and guess what, 1 second before that recording I could of backed it up on a flash drive or emailed myself it.

Its impossible to prove either way.

 

The fact that your putting "Lol" shows you are not trustable, I do not like my information shared to whoever and the fact that you wasted my time to gain recoverable access of my account is disgusting. This is not how you should treat customers and make it clear to them in the future, it is not 48 Hours from listing as you advertised to me.

But you didn't. Instead of just deleting my information as we have not transacted due to you voiding the agreement, you instead said you need to keep my personal data for 6 months due to "US LAW"

 

And the scam here is that you refused to pay for the account 48 hours from listing, so you now have all my account information and creation details + recovery access and I have no money for the account you bought off me.

If you paid 48 hours from listing your Terms and Agreement would be plausible, but I dont just give you my hard earned time I put into an account for you to refuse to pay on time.

If this is honestly how you conduct business I would strongly urge no one to go near you or the Acckings website with a 10 foot barge pole. Again, remove my information from your database you should have no recovery rights on my account and If I do find that my account has been hacked in the future, it will be down to you retaining my information that I kindly asked you to remove after you refused to pay on time.
