My account got banned. It’s username is JedArron. Might be because I logged in from work under a different IP.



Could you unban please?

You were definitely hacked. Lots of people accessed your account.

I need a virus scan and a new email to add to your account. I remember you had to recover last year as well so be sure to take extra steps to keeping your account secure.

Are you 100% sure my account was hacked? I’m not saying it’s not possible, but I know that I log in from a mobile and from my desktop PC at home, and both times I have been suspended are when I have logged on from my phone from work and my PC from home are in the same day.

And if I was hacked, did they also change my password? Because I have a phone authenticator on my (removed) email, if this account is registered to that email. I would have NO idea how they hacked me or why they’d target my account which has made like less than 5 sales lol.

Could you tell me which email is currently associated with my account? Will provide a virus scan soon.

I don't think they changed anything (it may be outdated on our change log though), I think they just logged into your Sythe account.

The email connected is the ataru email from your last recovery. I can't use the email that you posted in this thread because it's already registered to another account.

We don't ban for using other IPs, we just use home IPs to verify identities - don't worry.

I've changed your email, reset your password, and unbanned you. Be sure to check junk/spam for password as well. If you have problems logging in, feel free to post again.
