need some pking advice

I made a low level "just for fun" mage pure but then i wanted to make it an str pure. Right now it has:

att-5
str-26
def-1
mage-25
range-1

is this a good start? The mage levels don't really effect my combat level ( I don't think it does? ) and it could help as mage def.

Should i just start over or make it

att-40
str-60+
def-1
mage-25
range-40 (for hp levels, range def and green chaps/vambs)

Help me please.

90+ str
94 mage
1 defence

well my pure acc is
att60 but ull do it to 40 if ur f2p
str 83 ownz
range about 74?? so u hit 14 whit pray
def 1 offc
pray 45 so u can do the range pray (eagle eyye)
and mage 60 is recomen.. if u want to get rid of rune noobs fast

get to begin 40 attack - 60 str- 25 pray and then you could train mage 59
