2fa Removal rspro11

I lost my last phone a few months ago and with it my 2fa codes. I’d like it removed from my primary account please. My account is rspro11, I have all the log in info and details for the account but can not login with out the codes being disabled. If there’s anything I can help with let me know! @rspro11

Edit: checking to see if anyone has any word on this request? Still haven’t heard back.

2nd edit: Last time I used my account I was deployed overseas to the Middle East. I do not have a “home ip”. I can however provide plenty of other info about the account, including the method of donation on my original account.
