Debt seems to have been repaid.

Would you like to add anything to this pardon before I move it into voting? Such as, why did you ban evade when you were in the middle of your pardon request? And don't tell me you didn't know it wasn't allowed.

 

I was just impatient and was eager to get back into things. I had several accounts ready to go and chose to get going then, instead of potentially waiting a week or two.

 

I've questioned the user about what he meant about here:

Did he have OSRS or Sythe accounts ready? He replied to me about this in private and said he meant OSRS accounts.
