2FA removal

First off, if you saved it, enter your long 2FA backup code that you were prompted to keep when setting up 2FA where you would normally enter your short codes.

When requesting a 2FA removal, please note the administrative team needs proof of two or more of the following things:

• Post from a home IP
• Recovery phone number
• Current email address
• Skype/Discord used in the past or present
• If you have donated directly through PayPal;
  • Transaction date and amount
  • PayPal email

Failure to provide aforementioned details when requesting 2FA removal may result in a delay.

If you cannot provide what is required, then you MUST prove without a reasonable doubt that you are the true owner of your account. If you are unable to do this, your 2FA will NOT be removed.

Can you please send me an email once you've reviewed this since last time I tried to do this process, you I didn't get any notification. It was in 2016/10. I'll make a new account then.

Someone also has hacked this account and stole my pokeballs etc which I bought just a few days before and I never got them back. I was banned for a while (?) but then I got unbanned since I was able to proof that I got hacked (?). I can't recall.

I've removed 2fa from your account.

Be sure to re-add it to your account and keep the one-time use code somewhere handy in case you find yourself locked out again (you can use this long code when it asks you for a 2fa code ONE time then you need to manually remove/re-add the 2fa again for a new code).
