There was a program that you could use to log someone out a while ago, what it did is send a log out request to the Jagex server with your target's username, but it would log them out straight away even if they were in combat so it wasn't any use for anything. However making someone whose IP you don't even know lag is impossible

I don't "claim" to have made a bot that does mage arena, I did... it's verified by gurus, official middlemen and basically anyone with half a brain cell and theres a load of ppl who've bought it posted on my thread and about 4 ppl have reached 99 mage with it, some have posted pictures of getting mage 99. Next time you go to my thread you should actually read it
