If you were a heavy caffeine user then you are experiencing withdrawal symptoms. You can either give yourself some caffeine, titrate yourself down to none, or completely cut yourself off cold turkey. But I'm not a doctor (yet). So I suggest you see your doctor.

Ide agree here, sounds like withdrawals.

this happened to my aunt awhile back, after about 4 years of doctors looking at her they finally found her inner ear drums were busted(she was active duty army).

not saying this is what you have, but just goes to show you NEVER know how serious it might be so I would go to the doctor asap..

Have you recently coe off any medication or recreational drugs?

Are you active?

How long do you sleep?

Do you eat enough?

And is your diet good?

It might have been sleep deprevation cause I went to bed on normal time and now I feel better
that's a good thing, ide still go have a normal check up, I wouldn't ever take a chance on intermittent disorientation .

The cause of your issues can be caused by multiple things.
Since you drink water, Do you eat enough?
If you eat to much sugar you might feel tired all the time even though you sleep about 8 hours daily.
What about vitamins? You eat healthy? Do you go outside?
Best tip is to go see a doctor. It could be very serious but hopefully not.

Hope you get better soon!
Kind regards/

I wouldn't ask sythe doctors about this, go to a real one

So past 2 weeks I have been feeling dizzy and had trouble maintaining balance and also sometimes feeling to vomit came up. Didnt really pay attention untill yesterday when my brain suddenly spinned real quick it almost made me flip in my bed I swear god idk what it was. Now today my head feels numb and still feel dizzines and head spining so I went and checked my blood pressure with measurement tool and it was 80-40 which is extremly low. I have one question if any of you know about medicine can dropping caffeine ( I was drinking alot of it and suddenly dropped it ) can cause low blood presure? I even took caffeine pills but it had short effect like few minutes and it decreased again.

could be withdrawls from caffeine. sounds like vertigo. stop taking it and go see a doctor.
