Looking for a new laptop

I have about 350-500 to spend, I wont be playing anything but maybe RS alittle.

my current ones screen went out, I was using a sony vaio from like 2011 I think. lol

I'm also not picky on brands. I'm just not a computer person so I don't know whats "good" and what is a waste of money.
