    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :
    I'm not really sure if he's evading or if maybe by some chance her forgot it account info.

    there are a few banned account in his ip audit, but these two have the save profile picture.

    Correct, so these 2 match, but the others don't. @Bryan That's a home IP match but one from 2015 which means he was most likely hacked around that time.
