1 - 10 attke
First go to the desert and fill your bag with kerbab you can buy these from the kerbab store for only 1gp =p heres a pic just in case u dont no



Now you got your kebabs! train at the level 2 - 3 men just outside the place



GRATZ your 10 attke + 10 str

10 - 40 attke and str

This is a very good and well known trainning place for most f2p pures! 'monks'
Also they heal so u dont need to worry about dieing =p



GRATZ YOUR 40 ATTKE 40 STR

Now you got your 40 attke.. its staying like that.. now for 40+ str now the bestes place i can recommend for over 40 str... is this place... heres a pic

PS bring some trout just in case =p

the al-karid warriors are good for 40+ strength and you can keep training with kababs... or you can stay at minatours they give you lots of steel or iron arrows
