need help with scar

hey, i just downloaded the new scar(3.12)
but i have a problem, when i put, file, download SRL, it downloads it
and after that its trying to install
but the installing is busy for 15 mins now and i still dont see a response,
i dont think its normal that it take 15mins+
anyone has an answer on this maybe?
