Because theres a a hunter skill on the new one and not on the old one thus adding 1 extra skill lvl.

 

I've actually seen something similar to this on RSC, apparantly it was a RARE glitch and the account got banned in minutes,

In my opinion this is real, but personally i would not buy it due to the fact that it's not going to last long.
