Buying Partyhats

Okay im going to start again seeing as i should of probably been a little more specific.

I am buying Party hats up to white for $2/M so as current prices go:

Purple: 195M
Yellow: 220M
Green: 240M
Red: 280M
White: 360M
I am also buying Blue but max i will spend is $800 so its a long shot.

These prices are slightly negotiable but i will stress i have no more than $800.

I may be new but i have every intention of buying, so please throw some offers in.

Payment

Well i am happy with PayPal but ive seen people not advising this for large transactions beacuase they can be reversed or something.
I am happy to pay via WU and Mail.

I am a UK resident so Mail would take some time and it will be a fairly large amount of cash which i am a little wary about.

I have very little expirence on this forum so any guidence would be greatly appriciated.

What do you mean as above? You didn't state that in your title. Plus, even if you were buying for $2/M, blue would be more than $800 dollars.

Also, please post your payment method.
