PokemonGmanElmo false ban?

I don't come into this site, because I am grown now and don't have much time as I used too to play games, so most times I'm just a consumer that buys gold from time to time. I recently tried to go on my Sythe account, and I could not log in. So I recovered my account, only to see I am banned from a new comer with little to nothing evidence, I could not access any forum to request some type of support from any forums, even entering the manuallyURL links to get some help but nothing worked, and is the reason I made this second account. If a mod, can contact me personally, I'd really appreciate it. I just want to get everything under control.
