Banned

No idea what to do, Never had this happen to me before

I have been banned, talked to "Video" on discord, he says it looks like I've been hacked.
I've recovered my account, I don't know how the person even got into my account seeing I have 2FA

The last time I used my sythe account was when I changed 2FA to my new phone. Around 2 weeks ago.
Before that, I think I made a trade on 03/03/18

• Joined in 2011 ish, probably from a removed. Ip adress aswell
  
• My account is linked with my discord, can be contacted on there too
  
• I have no idea how else to prove its me, Talk to mootrucks and see if he has contact with me from my donations I've made to sythe and the services I've used him for. I can confirm its me on discord or skype
