• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: The user I was trading was banned on the osbot forums. I assumed he was a ban evader from another forum. My first thought was that I didn't like doing transactions with banned users so I, stupid enough, made a dispute on Paypal to chargeback the payment. Couple months later he made a dispute on osbot forums about the chargeback I made. I had no intention of scamming of him or anyone else. I accumulated a lot of feedback even after the anti-scam happened couple months ago.

Can you please provide me with the permission you have gained for anti-scamming Nicksep - who isn't even banned for ban evading, so there goes your excuse out of the window.
