• Report/post/reason that got you banned: My account lillemand_2 got banned on sythe after a user reported me for trying to buy a skype hacking or ddosing software (i can't remember which one it was) of the forum called Hackforums. the tool was never ment for anything malicious regarding sythe/runescape. it was something me and a group of friends were playing around with back in the day.
• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: there was never any victims as i did never get my hands on that tool.
• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: no, i don't believe i have ever done anything bad before or after that instance. i have been doing services and gold swapping for runescape for a while before and after that issue.
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: it was a stupid thing a not so bright kid did. i am much older now and can clearly see right from wrong. i have done services on powerbot mostly but also some on sythe (on this account there is vouches) without any trouble. i realize that i made the mistake of making this account before my other account was pardoned (i thought it was pardoned after receiving 5 pardons) this current issue came up because a user got impost scammed from somebody claiming they were me (see dispute thread) i am hoping to get this resolved.

@video his comment "Your pardon was denied in the 2nd stage of voting, there are 2 stages of voting and your pardon must pass both. It's been 6 months so you can submit another one and try again"

How could you think it was pardoned if it was still banned? Is there anything else you left out of your pardon? Please reply to this pardon by creating another pardon thread. No need to fill out the template again. Don't reply to this on Skype.

 

Pardons passing review will be copied to the staff lounge (consisting of all staff members) for voting. Voting will last for 1 week, requiring a minimum of 9 votes and a 60% majority to pass or fail.
If 9 votes are not placed or exactly 9 votes have been placed without a 60% majority (4-5 or 5-4), the poll will be extended for 1 week and all remaining staff members will be asked to vote.

i had misunderstood this section of the rules, i did not realize it required 9 votes no matter the outcome of the specific vote, in my mind it ment 5 votes = approved. however after looking closer at it i can see it's not the case, truth be told i never looked back at the account as the name was something i really did not like, i had just created it as something random back in the day (and is quite silly in my language).

also yes i am still browsing HF on occasion but from what i know i am allowed to be on multiple forums? HF does not only offer Black/Grayhat hacking etc it also offers a marketplace for virtual items, crypto and Ebooks.

to my knowledge there is nothing. i have never done anything that could mess up my reputation here or on PB. granted i have never really been much active on Sythe as i already have the reputation needed there to get better prices for my services (and less competition)
