Got Scammed By Jagex

Explanation of the trade:
I was middlemaning @bobthefrog123123 with his OSRS account selling to @TuttiFrutti. 65m OSGP worth.

How they scammed:
Banned my 07 account when middle trade.

My Terms of Service:
I am not responsible for any Bans, Mutes, Locks, Chargebacks, etc.
I require an order form from both parties to ensure safety.
If I get banned while holding Gold/Items/Accounts I am not responsible.
I am not responsible for any issues after the trade is complete.
I have the right to decline any trade at any time

Account banned by jagex when TuttiFrutti was checking the account.
We did not scammer .Jagex scamm all of us . We offer for free middleman service , got nothing but a report .What a funny.

 

I deny the fact you rudely left yesterday.

@Wortel is in the same situation and is offering a partial refund.

 

Out of free will, not because I have to. Leave me out of this please.
