Requesting a TwC to Kigis

I am posting a request for TWC for the user @Kigis , since it looks like this is the only way that i am able to get a reply from him.
Reason : Not being able to complete GFX (avatar , UI & a siggy) order giving random bullshit excuses for days and wasting my time.
Deadline : 5th March 2018 (Monday) , it has been slightly more than 3 days now, and i have already paid him the amount.
Im pissed for the fact that he does not give a reply , im fine if he would have given me a heads up if an extension is needed. But am treated like a fool since he said he has the work ready and has problems with his internet and other issues. I am aware that he was TWC-ed before because he was not able to complete which took more than a month for it and was giving excuses. This is not a proper way of doing business, he's missing the deadlines by a mile, and doesn't treat his customers as they are supposed to be treated It's funny how he hasn't learned from his previous mistakes and he's continuing to walk on the same path. Thinking that he can pull deadlines from his ass, and not complete them in a timely manner. Someone like that shouldn't even be able to do services like this. He is currently ignoring my discord messages.

Yo, I'll fix this situation with him on the weekends. Got not access to wifi and didn't for the last 3 days. It's always the unpatient people that jump to these report but let me clear some misconceptions.

1. I did not ignore you, how can I disregard something I haven't seen in the first place. I haven't been online or close to any social media let alone discord. Stop using the word "ignore", that's just you being illogical. It was clear I wasn't online anywhere.

2. "giving random bullshit excuses", it ain't excuses. It's life. Shit happens which are external of my control like exams, WiFi not working, being at library. Blunt to put the blame on me.

3. I've done all your work with proof that it was done on sunday night. Before the deadline given.

Anyways this shall be resolved on Saturday. Got an exam tomorrow and I need to revise. I don't blame him, its obvious my last TWC is impacting his thinking right now hence the irrational cussing and logic.

First of all , the deadline was set by you so how can you blame me for being anxious/impatient when you went MIA?

Please dont play the victim to circumstances you or "life" have created.
Instead of showing me your work when you got home , you wasted my precious time and played games with me. I gave you benefit of the doubt that you are tired from school and needed some rest so i hoped that i could get a reply the next day.
Then the same shit happens , you told me to stay online and nothing is being sent.
You claimed that you weren’t online on Discord for the past few days as your internet was down, but it can be seen that you went online and chatting on a mutual Discord server. (Chat removed for privacy reasons)

Well, the least you could do was to find a better excuse.

In the above post you mention then all the work has been done but i only see a avatar and signature done without a username image as per requested.
The work you have done are in the wrong colour as i have said that i would like it to be in blue colour with white outlines but the work you shown are done in red.

To be honest , i don't even know if i should believe that you have an exam or just dragging so that you can continue working on it and make changes to the colour as well as the username image.
To think that you still have the audacity to say that i’m being impatient and displaying “irrational cussing and logic” is really disappointing.
The trade practices and attitude you show based on past trades seem to be similar and is absolutely upsetting as you make it seem like the customers are in the wrong.
You don't even have the etiquette to give a reply which i believe takes less than a minute (if you did).
Telling me to wait for hours and then not getting a response isn't a way you treat a customer if you are really serious about taking an order. If you are not able to fulfill an order knowing that you will be busy and have exams , you should not take it or just simply request for longer deadline and not be overambitious.
You are just dodging whenever i ask for an update and even worse , claiming that you have done all the work.
If what you say is true , im positive that you are able to send it to me via discord rather than being "on your way home" most of the time.
Being honest at the start would make things alot simpler, we would not have to go to such an extend of this conversation and waste even more time.

 

Basing my past 2 experiences out of my many to want this report to make you look like the victim when all is required is logical reasoning. I ain't trying to play the victim but explaining my absence which you aren't handling very well. Even if the deadline was set by me, like I said you would use logical reasoning and know that graphic deadline averagely takes a week for a order of signature, ui and avatar.

You keep saying "this is not how you treat your customer", but shit outside of my control is a phrase cause its something outside of my control. I have messaged you on Discord to resolve this, but your intentions are clear now and value this sythe report more than a conversation. So let me break it down.


1. Those screenshots of my being active in a (mutual discord server).

The second screenshot shows me talking in the discord last night, after I messaged you waiting for a response. "We have been conversing on discord up till the 8th of March: Which can be seen". Where is the "we" in that. You blatantly ignored me on discord whilst I'm trying to resolve this.

The last message by me is blatantly me saying to you that I'm trying to fix my wifi problems over the phone and I'm using mobile data. What other reason is there to explain my absence.

Anyways, you can either resolve this on discord the quicker way or continue posting on sythe reports. Me providing wortel proof on that the work is all done on the same deadline given is enough proof to close this report once I'm back online on Saturday. You keep saying that I make the customer look like I'm in the wrong is false accusations again, I never said you was in the wrong hence this:

Sending all his orders over by tonight. Also offered him a compensation of some of the money back or free graphics when wanted as this report is due to my fault.
