    I have a question!

    Hey! i have a question.

    I bought a lol account yesterday (14$, player auctions). But i could not connect, it was already banned (before i have it in my possession).
    I checked the history, it's a bot account. (Riot probably found it).

    So, i send a dispute yesterday (ten minutes after buying the account),and today, i still have no answer. (from a famous seller , i already bought from him).

    I wonder how many time will it take for him to respond, and if i'll get my money back in this "type" of problem.

    I have a question!

    It all depends on the seller and his intentions tbh. Does he say in his terms of service that he’s not responsible for any bans?

    You can probably take to the Playerauctions Issues Resolution Thread and see if they can be of any help towards this problem.

    I have a question!

    I cant find his terms of service ,he is haidi1408. Dunno if anyone know where i could find them.

    + i dont think he could do that. He is really well rated and he wouldnt sell an already banned account.

    The easiest solution is to just pm him, he states in all his posts if there is a problem with any of the accounts he sells that you have to PM him asap.

    I hope you get it worked out!

    I found this " The seller has 72 hours to respond to your dispute. -> If the seller does not respond to your dispute within the next 1 day 16 hours we will automatically close this order and assume the seller's acceptance of your disputed delivery claim. "

    so, i'll get my money back if he doesnt respond?
