3 strike Rule for Ban Evaders

After what happened with "Mamba Pods" or "Glass Animal," I'd like to see something put in place that makes it unpardonable for a ban evader to request a pardon after being caught twice.
That seems reasonable, given that repeat behavior is a good indicator that it will happen again, and history tends to repeat itself fairly frequently.

 

Won't be happening. Even half of the staff team consists of ban evaders who surely have had more than 3 profiles. Sythe is all about giving people a second chance (except for me on the staff team), even if they aren't sentenced for ban evasion or whatever dirt they've done in the past.

This is going to be one of those ironic suggestions that doesn't age well when OP gets banned for mass evasion...

We obviously take into account people's behavior when voting to pardon them. Serial ban evaders are going to be less likely to be pardoned, so your suggestion is implicitly understood without needing to be a rule imo.
