Are there any even available anymore? And are they worth anything?

You can check here if there are any for sale: http://www.sythe.org/name-sales/. It depends on what you like, there are people who collect those names.
I'm afraid all 3 letter names are taken up. You will either need to snipe one or purchase one here.
They all got taken a while back. Sniping them is a possibility, however if that name has been sold/is for sale on sythe, you're likely to get banned for it.

As they've said, all of them have been taken, though you can probably find some for purchase or snipe one if you get lucky.
If you decide to purchase a 3 letter though, exercise caution and do research, it can save you a lot of trouble!
