• Ban evading on this account which was actually created by a previous employee and I initially didn't have access to it so it wouldn't be ban evading but I decided to post on this account so it's open information. I also noticed that an account called "White Wolf" was listed as an additional account and with all honesty I can't even remember the information to that account and I also don't really remember why I made that account but I think it was so I could view the appeal status since I wasn't able to see it at all.

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

• About a year ago myself and “A Broken man” did a trade, I was banned within 20 minutes after completing a trade with him on Pk-honor (RSPS Private server) and it seems so coincidental for it to have just been a coincidence. I trusted my gut and thought “A Broken man” was working with the owner of Pk-Honor to catch RWT. So just like anyone else I felt I was at risk to a scam so, I posted a report. A couple hours after I posted the report “A Broken man”, messaged me and he explained the situation and he was banned on the server as well. He also showed me proof to which I profusely begun to apologize to him for opening a false scam report. It was completely my fault for jumping to that conclusion all of the pieces fell in place adding up to it, but I was wrong. He messaged me "Just change the title to Resolved and that should be it" I proceeded to do so and thought nothing more of it, I logged out of Sythe for the day. When I tried to log back into my account afterwards I had been banned, reason - "Extortion/attempted scamming" Which caught me off guard, I did not once ask for GP or cash, I once again apologized to “A Broken man” saying it was my fault for making assumption as I said earlier. I will be providing discord logs of the conversation “A Broken Man” and I are in the middle of a major miscommunication. I have never scammed anyone in my years of selling gold nor extorted money. I am a reputable gold seller and would not risk my reputation for any amount of GP. I have never scammed while on this forum all I want to do is continue making friends and continue buying and selling gold. I am also adding the complete chats between him and myself, so you can see the full story without it being disorganized as last time.
  
  Since this incident occurred I have been trying to understand (Which I do understand why the initial ban was issued due to my disorganization of the report) why the ban was issued. I have never scammed anyone on this forum or other forums/trading sites, please try to see the situation from my point of view.I never had any malicious intent towards anyone nor was I trying to harm anyone's business and I plead to you to please pardon this one offense I had and continue to let me conduct business here on Sythe I can assure you there will never be an issue with me again here.
  
  I try to be as honest as possible but I am human and I do make mistakes and by no means am I saying I'm not a fault here but I am saying I would appreciate and be very thankful if you can allow this incident to be pardoned and I will be willing to make a public apology if you should so want one.
