Falsely Temp Banned

So.... I came onto Sythe today and found out my account is temporarily banned? I have never scammed anyone nor do I plan to on Sythe. I was accused of "scamming" with someone else who I don't even talk to. Can you get banned for "false reporting" someone because I think that Porkpown deserves a punishment for reporting me without any evidence, because there is none that I scammed him or anyone.
