So, another mod (who wont currently be named) spoke to him and received a 30.5m 07 refund, saying that he "took his word" that only 30.5m 07 was on the account. Also, without contacting me they paid that 30.5m 07 to someone i "have debt with", which isnt true.

In end:
1) I have not received a refund, regardless of the rest of the problematic situations in this report.
2) Even if 30.5m has been handed to someone "on my behalf", i still DONT have that money and am owed a total of 160m 07.
3) Even if they claim there was not 160m 07 on the account, there was over 42m of people's money other than my own on there. And roughly 110-120m of my own.

So with that being said. I am still owed 160m 07, if that is his intent to pay what was left on the account to put his standing on sythe back in a respectable order.

Last thread was voted 5-0 i am liable for what happened, under what grounds? No proof was ever provided for the opposite party. Nothing was proven in the sense that i was liable for anything. THERE WAS NOT EVEN A RULE FOR THE CLAN ON THE REFUND POLICY ITSELF. Debt is not transferred to my name simply because someone thinks they can speak on my behalf.

The sole reason this has not gone through is because of the status of the other parties involved. Simple as that. Any other Dispute/Report with this much PROOF on my end would have been closed within 20 minutes and decided in my favor, and you all know it.

Everything everyone else is saying is simply hearsay.

Explanation of the trade:
There was no direct trade. I was scammed by Pie Overlord for 160m 07 while renting his account (Found here: Pie Over. After receiving word from Video that he was willing to refund, they said he would only refund 30.5m 07, as he claims that was all that was on the account. After this, messaging between myself and Video ceased until i bugged him enough to where he replied "I paid your debt with Wolf, so he has the 30m".

How they scammed:
The reason im reporting this in the scam section, is that Wolf is the one with stolen property in his hands. They cut me out of the entire loop when i was the victim, and Video simply "took wolf's word" that i owe him money.
The entire thing stems from the account Myself, MrEvilPwns and Farcast HAD ACCESS to while hosting in Soul Rich's clan "Stake of w54" where I was ddosed while hosting a 1.1b pot. Upon re-login, the 1.1b was not on there. Bettors claim it was a win, which in that instance they ARE due a refund, but no proof was ever shown as to a win. So without proof showing a win, there is no required refund in that case. MEP and Wolf refunded some of the bets out of Pity, not because it was needed. And then insisted to say that their Pity refunds were my fault and i owe them 165m rs3 each, which is a load of shit.

Now to clarify;
Since there was no proof of a win, im not liable for anything, and wasn't liable anyhow. Wolf claimed full responsibility for me hosting, and MEP for the account itself as it WAS HIS. Since it was a boxing stake with under 100 health left, the ddos wouldnt disconnect us from the fight, so no refund was due on those means. The only reason a refund would ever be present is if it was a win, which again was never shown.
I have relentlessly tried to contact Wolf, no replies. I have relentlessly tried to get my refund through Video, who even ADMITS he distinctly went around me and paid wolf without ANY PROOF AT ALL. Not before all of these things happened and people simple turn on me over $50, i respected all parties. Not anymore.

In addition, Soul Rich has contacted me saying it was a refund based on a "rule he made up on the fly". No documentation, or knowledge of the rule.

Quick summary of the event at hand:

• what I choose to do with my money is my choice, no one else's. I offered to repay the entire 1b if proof was found of a win. It never was. Not that I've made an indefinite choice yet, but if I so chose to give you guys $ out of pity about the situation, that's not me OWING you money. That's me doing the same thing you guys did with pitying the bettors.
• so let's be clear here. I don't OWE anyone anything. If this was a refund rule, it's not listed on the rules or refund policy at all, and would still require proof of a win. Because with getting ddosed in a boxing fight with 100 hp left, the account would remain ingame until someone won or lost.

Pie Overlord scammed me, he dished out a refund and it was not paid to me, it was paid to WolfRunescape for a debt which i do not owe.

So i just want to shorten this down to things that actually matter.

⌐ Soul Rich openly says in the pictures that a refund was only needed on a win, and that a win on the stake was never present. Therefore, any form of refund is simply out of pity for the bettors, and that cannot be transferred as debt onto my shoulders.
⌐ Not that anything matters after ^^^^^, But additionally they continue to forfeit their ability to provide proof of what occurred.

So let me rationalize this with you guys:
I'm not the one under question here, Wolf is.
It's Wolf's job to prove I owe him money for the situation, not for me to prove i don't.
This thread is subject to so much bias it's not even funny, simply due to their status on sythe. And every part involved knows it. I've contacted Ex-mods, some poeple who dislike he as is, and everyone i've spoken to and asked to read through the thread with an un-bias view has come to the same conclusion; They have no proof of me owing money, and am owed a 30.5m 07 refund from wolf.

I spoke to Roary, I stated the full story the exact way i did on the thread, and he agrees that if what im saying correlates to the thread, then im correct. Unless Video has some outstanding proof that nobody has been notified about me owing money.

Roary has attempted to contact Video pertaining the matter at hand for 2 days now, i still have not heard an answer nor has Roary.

So i'm still waiting for this amazing proof that I somehow owe them money. I'd like to either have this settled in the next 24hrs on my behalf, or provide the flawless proof.

Still waiting on a reply from Roary. Roughly 10-12 days ago he requested the proof from Video that shows I have debt with any of them. It still has not been provided. Video has been more than active, and is simply being neglectful to the entire situation. Wanting an answer ASAP seeing as it's been a MONTH since this happened, and roughly 3 weeks since the report process began.

With that said;

WolfRunescape + MEP are in control of the money which was stolen from me.

Without proof of the debt, they should be banned right now until an non biased decision is made. All that is occurring here is a cloud of bullshit, and mistreatment of someone solely because they are a banned user on Sythe. Which is horse shit in my opinion. g'day.

What should be occurring right now:

Ban MEP and Wolf until proof of my debt is shown. This is what should have been done 4 weeks ago, but since im banned on Sythe clearly i have no influence, and clearly it's comedic that i be mistreated.

Actually REVIEW, now skim and skimp on what i've said on my other thread. Either ban them, or warrant the refund. It is not anyone's right to throw MY money away just because someone said I have a debt with them. With any other parties involved this would have been handled correctly and timely.

It's been well over a month since the incident, nobody has provided a lick of proof of my debt, yet Video took the initiative to pay them MY money that was scammed from ME.

Let me make this clear; I am not the person in question here, MEP and Wolf are as they have the stolen money and have yet to provide sufficient proof of a debt.

In regards to neglect from Video, here is myself attempting to contact video simply asking if he can forward the info to Roary, or give me an update. Yes, i got pushy at the end but rightfully so. Note that the first message simply asking for an update was sent on March 13th.

1a Shows Video's lack of knowledge on what occurred stating "repayment for some type of scam". Clearly I can assume he simply took Wolf's word i owe $ and that is that.

Here Video goes into detail about how he came about and approached the refund, stating he "went off Pie's word" in regards to how much $ Pie scammed from ME. In all, accepting the person who scammed's word over mine.

This is where he goes on to elaborate that MY money's best interest is to be in their hands. Additionally bringing forth the fact that this entire thing was biased and out of control. He states "There's a banned user and a user with solid rep", which is what he based all of his actions off of. Not the proof at hand, not with due process; simply someone's word.

Telling me that I have to prove something, when in reality im not the person in question here Wolf/MEP is. THEY have the gold, THEY are making the claims, so THEY are the ones who need to provide sufficient proof that I have a debt with them. This has by no means been done, and this whole situation has snowballed out of Video's mistreatment of myself.

This shows that Roary had attempted REPEATEDLY to get Video to provide the proof that there was a debt, but again Video negligently proceeded to ignore it even though he was beyond active.

First off, you guys just unbanned Pie Overlord without repayment of my 170M 07. Additionally, you're neglecting my cases solely because I'm a banned user on sythe and have a shitty past (which has been clean in the past months). Nothing is being handled correctly; per normal Sythe disputes which is sad on staff's part.

Video has done nothing but run everyone in circles. Has not provided a lick of evidence of debt, continually told Roary he will forward the "evidence" and failed to do so for 3 weeks.

These things were opened early March; possibly sooner, and are still sitting there dormant because of their own self pity. Get your shit together, honestly. I'm not even being an asshole in this situation, staff is simply showing extreme disrespect in this case when they should be doing their job in an unbiased manner.
