2nd PS Work...

I really did'nt use any effects on this one, I just took a photo of my cat, changed her eye colour, and rendered it. (I know the border is uneven.)
Prehaps provide some feedback?

I was thinking of adding some vector brushes, might look quite good.

You did the basic photoshop 101..
I'd try to shrink it, make a signature out of it.
See what you can do with it.

Umm, so what exactly did you edit thats worth it? Eye color is BARELY noticeable. The border (if it is going to be only place with name) is way too small to show your name noticeably. And also, it is barely a piece of work. All you did was paint the background black and insert the border. Finally, resize the cat. It is cut off at its ear, it breaks through border. Get to know some more tools before you should attempt again.
