Accounts have been made using my IP

Hello, Im just an avid runescape player and I've been brought to this site often through other sites while I google questions and what not. I decided it was time for an account to be made on here, so I filled it all in and bam! I can't create an account because two other accounts have been made from this IP, however I have never made an account nor heard of either usernames before...then I tried going through a VPN that I recently discovered how to use (via a thread on this forum lol) and that VPN's IP has created even more accounts than my home IP...anyway I am at a lost as to what to do, and I'd like to make an account..so yeah. Thanks for reading and if you could somehow reply to this I will try to look at it frequently or bookmark the page and check in daily. Thanks again
