Why I was banned:
http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1822310-maksyrs.html
On that thread above there is also evidence.

First, I'd like to ponder on this quote from Yousuckv2:

Just pointing out that there's a hole in Maksy's story.
Maksy and Skorpz worked together in February, prior to either of Skorpz' vaders coming into existence. He states the reason their IP matches is because he allowed Skorpz on his profile (back in February) when they worked together. However, would that not result in his IP matching the profile "Skorpz" as opposed to "Dell" and "Mardy Bum" who coincidentally were banned the day before Maksy returned... Seems the story behind the reason for their IP matching is false.

No. It wouldn't necessarily result in my IP on Skorpz' profile.
See, yes, it's true, I did give him my details to my account, back in February yes. But, at that time, Skorpz himself was an active user, and was not banned like he is today, so there was no need to actually post on my behalf using my account. We only swapped details in the first place to do this, but we didn't ever find it necessary.
After this, came the time I was banned falsely for a scamming report from another Sythe user. This happened on 27/2/15.
Then, the reason Mardy Bum was created on 7/3/15 was due to Skorpz again. He had an intent to scam members of sythe, but yet not knowing that the IP audit would show up his new account. Proof of that is here - http://gyazo.com/9b83792b98a7fbc23580658320544153 (For the record, I'm not friends at all with skorpz any more) And he was going to create a new account which he could sell it on, which was intentionally going to be Mardy Bum which he created on 8/3/15 while account skorpz was still active (was banned on 20/3/15 after scamming) And then, on 29/3/15 he had recovered back his account that he sold, in picture seen above, and asked me - http://gyazo.com/b34556b373bb3960338ab7c9635e207e which I did, on Mardy Bum. I got post count and stuff up for him, ect. This was not ban evading, by the way, because I did not realise at the time that MaksyRS was unbanned. He then wanted to use Mardy Bum as an account for questing and things, stuff like that, hence this thread - http://www.sythe.org/oldschool-rune...rdy-bum-reliable-free-questing-temporary.html where he planned to get vouches and things to be trusted, ect. He then created Dell, where he planned to sell the account, thinking that he wouldn't be caught due to a brand new account, but here is the dell audit: http://gyazo.com/702fb0009441458df53e8fa430542fe6 but of course it showed up on this. He then created an account selling thread, which matched the one he hacked hacked back previously on account skorpz. Here on Dell - http://www.sythe.org/runescape-2007-pures-skillers/1821556-s-unique-name-low-level-starter-pure.html and here on Skorpz - http://www.sythe.org/runescape-2007-pures-skillers/1808905-fully-quested-low-level-pure.html. Anyway, the reason the IPs match up is due to the fact that since he had now posted on Mardy Bum+Dell on the SAME IP he used for my account which resulted in it showing on my audit. Also, one last point. If MaksyRS was unbanned, yet Mardy Bum was also not banned but I was using the account, does that make it ban evading? At no given point was I actually evading prior to my ban on Maksy, I was just under the impression it was perm banned which evidently it was not.

Honestly the fact that you swapped details with other users--include one who you claim you're no longer friendly with--in order to post for each other strikes me as sketchy enough to merit a ban. And also the fact that you were active on Sythe whilst under the impression that you were banned on another account (i.e., being willing to evade a ban) doesn't help your case. Will leave this for other opinions, but I'm not buying it.
